Upgrade order separates efficient progression from wasted cash. This priority list assumes standard public servers without scripts and incorporates pet bonuses from mid-game onward.
1 Levels 1–15: Foundation
Max vacuum tier available at each shop refresh. Upgrade soap sprayer second. Purchase first pet egg only after vacuum tier two. Complete bedroom and living room jobs repeatedly — payouts fund gear faster than experimenting with locked content.
2 Levels 15–35: Mid Game
Invest in brush and mop upgrades for office and dining room stains. Unlock hotel room jobs before buying hanger-tier specialty gear. Start saving for rebirth at level 40 even if threshold is 50 — surplus cash makes post-rebirth recovery instant.
3 Levels 35–50: Pre-Rebirth
Push cash multiplier gear and XP-boost pets from our tier list. Run mansion hall or restaurant floor contracts listed on best paying jobs. Stop cosmetic spending entirely until first rebirth completes.
4 Post-Rebirth Investments
After rebirth, re-buy vacuum and sprayer tiers first — permanent rebirth multipliers make these purchases ROI-positive within minutes. Layer event gear from Backrooms when available.
